Installation boot media

- USB Memory Stick
- Network
- bootstrap from Unix system
The installation files/packages can be located on
- Local CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
- Local Hard Disk
- Remote server (HTTP, FTP, NFS)
Note: we will be using a remote HTTP server (Ubuntu mirror) and boot from a CD.
